Chicago Dept. of Water Management Capital Improvement Plan presented by Commissioner Randy Conner

In 2012 CDWM launched a 10 Yr Capital Improvement Program to modernize and rebuild the city’s aging water and sewer system.  Commissioner Conner presented an update on the department’s program, including the:
