CMAA Chicago joined IS-ASCE T&DI to host Mr. John Yonan, Cook County Division of Transportation and Highways Superintendent, to be the keynote speaker for our January luncheon event. John discussed details the multi-jurisdictional approach to planning and implementing projects at the heart of the Plan, including a set of policy priorities that he believes the industry needs to implement.
John Yonan is the Superintendent of the Cook County Department of Transportation and Highways. John is responsible for all of CDDOTH professional engineering functions, including the planning, programming, design, construction and maintenance of the County’s infrastructure assets which includes over 570 miles of roads.
