The 606 Tour Overview
Thank you to those who came out August 14th for the 606/Bloomingdale Trail Site Tour. The idea for the Bloomingdale Trail began with a few residents regularly utilizing the abandoned tracks. The idea grew, but it took a while before funding and land was secured to make the 606 a reality.
The tour was held in the morning and the attendees noted how popular the trail was. The landscaping is still in progress, but the project is proving to be a wonderful use of space in the neighborhoods the trail runs through.
