He discussed why we are where we are, what needs to change from an industry perspective, what alternatives start to look like, and how we can improve despite owner restrictions. Clay has built his career developing multi-disciplinary teams in the architectural, engineering, and construction industry. His broad experience encompasses all facets of the project life cycle including master planning, project and program management, controls and close-out.
